Travel time is the time for our team of movers to get to your first address from our warehouse plus the time to come back from your second address. It is calculated based on the hourly rate. We do not add traffic into the calculation as we understand that some areas of Boston can get extremely busy during a certain hour and we do not want you to be paying over for that.  Our CRM uses a GPS in order to determine the travel time. Travel time is added to the amount of hours spent on your project itself (loading, unloading, and in between the addresses). Travel time is individual for each client and will be based on the distance between their addresses and our warehouse plus the hourly rate they are getting.

The hourly rate includes all the protective materials for your belongings to eliminate damage, such as shrinks, wraps, blankets, tapes as well as all the expenses related to the truck, such as gas, mileage, tolls.
